Emmy 2024: 'Xógum' lidera e 'The Bear' bate recorde de comédia. Confira a lista de indicados

O Emmy 2024, principal premiação da televisão americana, anunciou os indicados nesta quarta-feira (17). A cerimônia será realizada em 15 de setembro, em Los Angeles, na Califórnia (EUA).

Entre os dramas, com 25 indicações no total, a líder foi a minissérie "Xógum: A Gloriosa Saga do Japão", do Disney+.

Adaptação do romance best-seller de James Clavell, 'Xógum' companha a história do marinheiro britânico Jack Blackthrone (Cosmo Jarvis), que, após naufragar no litoral japonês, se encontra em uma série de conflitos políticos e armamentistas no início da eclosão de uma guerra civil.

Recorde

Também do Disney+, a série "The Bear", estrelada por Jeremy Allen White, bateu o recorde de número de indicações em uma só edição para uma série de comédia, com 23 no total (contando categorias técnicas, que são anunciadas antes da cerimônia principal). 

Selena Gomez debuta

"Only Murders in the Building" fecha o pódio com 21, dois deles para Selena Gomez, atriz e produtora, as suas primeiras indicações ao prêmio. A série conta a história de três improváveis amigos que começam um podcast sobre crimes reais. Os colegas de elenco de Selena, Martin Short e Steve Martin, já foram indicados pela série.

Já "True Detective: Night Country" é o destaque dos concorrentes a minissérie, antologia ou filme para TV, com 19.
